Owners of faction systems have to sort out their stuff by themself, sorry.
Looks pretty good IMHO, but a couple things that make a little more sense.
in NY systems
maybe switch the Barghest from Buffalo to Alcatraz and move the Mule to Buffalo. Makes more sense to have a lower-level ship available in NY
Move the Kadesh LF from Colorado to Texas (BS Mississippi), closer to Rheinland.
in NL Systems
I thought the Waran was a BorderWorlds ship, not just RH unlawful
I'd also like to see the Miner somewhere in Leeds, maybe replace the HeavyLifter on Planet Leeds?
If the HeavyLifter needs to be in Bretonia, it could be moved to Planet Cambridge, moving the Hussar to ... BS Norfolk? can a BPA ship be on a BAF BS?
Finally, the camera ship can be sold at a zoner base somewhere (pick one). Same maybe for the marsflyer, or make it an order-experiment?
Otherwise it looks good. I'd like to see a Liberty bomber instead of Ageira, but that's another issue. Good work AoM and the others.

Mule-Barghest exchange is a minor thing. We must not have more work than neccessary.
The same goes for the Kadesh LF.
There is no more place within the Order shipdealers to move the Marsflyer there. There is also no RP for the Marsflyer. I would say a complete removing from Disco, but i will move it to Planet Primus. May the monkeys become happy with.
The Camera ship i would place on FP 9. Therefore the possible Zoner GB would move to Corfu(shipyard). The BW train also available on Malta would been removed there. Additionally i would like to rename it into Outcast Transport. This way corsairs and outcasts would have their own large transports, available at their home planets.

I'd like to have the Werewolf and Liberty Rogue Gunboat a bit closer to home if possible. Also, perhaps sell the Outcast Destroyer (used by them AND the LR) in Humboldt or Cassini so that we can get to it without going right across the Taus?
@ Niezck: You can apply for a shipdealer for Cassini and place Hyena, Werewolf and LR GB there. As i have written, i don't take care about guard systems and Cassini is guard system. Humboldt is not, but its only accessable through three guard systems, so i don't take care about Humboldt either.
OC Destroyer should be available in OC territory only. If you must have one, i wish you bon voyage:P
@ Vape: correct. If Order is getting a Light Fighter and freighter or transport we need a location for. Seems we need a further Order station outside the guard system. Any idea where?
The Anubis should stay within Order territory outside the guard system.
