The most recent news buzzing about Trafalagar and Invergordon is that shipments of Military Grade Goods have stopped coming into Bretonia. Some reports even go so far as to say that transports ships are being turned away or even opened fire on as they try to enter Bretonian Space.
Now if this is being caused by what we here at the Congress think it is being caused by, we may have a unique opportunity to assist you.

Good day Mr McMillan,

a request similar to yours was already being processed and the commission in charge issed it decision recently (::attached files here::) . Naturally our administration was quite puzzled by your proposition. Because of being issued twice and from different sources of course. But questions were also raised about your suppliers and your logistics as you provide litteraly no details on how you will find those tanks yourself nor if your fleet, dedicated to another line of business, is equiped to ensure the delivery of such advanced pieces of technology.

Well, the BPA eventually settled the legal aspects and after review the Bretonia Armed Forces judged the terms acceptable. Please refer to the attached files regarding the conditions of agreement. If your pilots play it nice, the Bretonia Armed Forces won't ask much questions.
