[color=#FF6600]Evening guildmasters, name's Duncan Voss. Executive Commander of the Hellfire Legion here. Look, I'll make this realistic. You people are businessmen. When you can't sell your product, you go out of business, it isn't exactly hard to figure out.
[color=#FF6600]And us here, in the Legion... well, we're fighting for a better Liberty. Now I don't know what frakked up misconceptions you've heard up there in the Sigmas. God knows they spread like wildfire around here, but the Legion are not pirates, and we don't care for the Outcasts one bit. Any ties that were once there are dead and gone. We're revolutionaries. We fight for the people.
In any case, we're not keen on seeing a fuel crisis in Liberty as much as you're not keen on keeping your gas stored around for no reason when you've just lost a good portion of your market for the stuff.
Rheinland isn't going to let you supply Liberty, nor is Kusari. And we both know the Outcasts would gut you alive if you tried to fly through their core systems. So the Legion's got a proposal for you.
We'd be willing to spare some fighter detachments to escort your transports through the far edge around to Bretonia and through the Magellan pass. It's a long and dangerous haul, but with the Legion's escort you'd be safe. Or at the very least safer. In return, you'd supply us with a cut of your H-Fuel per trip. You can imagine that if the embargo is hitting Liberty hard, it's hitting the other side of the law harder.
Now I know it's risky, and I know it sounds like a longshot, but as I said, you're businessmen. Weigh the pros with the cons. If things continue the way they have, you won't be selling to Liberty for a long, long time.

Konban-wa Commander,
It's good to be able to hear some news about the plight of our largest client make it's way here. Unfortunately between Kusari and Rheinland we are not able to receive much information about Liberty nor have we been too successful in setting up communications with anyone within Liberty either. It's a relief to find someone capable of contacting us. Hellfire Legion is it? Sounds familiar, not sure if we have you known as pirates but from the content of your transmission in circumstances like this I know enough when I meet a man who puts the concerns of the greater whole on his shoulders.
This terrifying action on Liberty is quickly on it's way to becoming the largest atrocity performed in Sirius history. So many lives are now at stake now if we cannot get fuel regularly flowing back into Liberty as soon as possible. Even yesterday. The issue is that many many people live on bases and planets that don't prodice their own food, or don't produce their own water, or don't sustain their own oxygen. Without fuel to transport these life necessities to them all these millions of people are going to perish. If this doesn't sound like the largest potential atrocity in Sirius history I fear to think what is.
Now you say you can escort transports through route to get the fuel safely to Liberty. This is good, very good. We have, of course have lots of fuel ready and much more getting prepared to go. Now you overestimated GMG's transport infrastructure. We are not a distribution group and as such we do not have as massive of a flotilla as our distributors Kishiro and RepEx do. We do maintain a fleet but these GTS ships are representatives making direct-from-source deals with VIP within various organizations and parts of Sirius. For the most part Kishiro and RepEx handled the bulk of day to day delivery. I'm afraid GMG just does not have the delivery infrastructure itself to be able to transport enough fuel regularly to Liberty for it to survive. We truly need a third party source here that has command of a flotilla of transports ships. If once can be found I can instruct my guild to accept and receive such ships to loaded with fuel and for paramilitary to assist in ensuring both yourselves and the trasnports are unharmed when coming to pick up.
We hope for the best.
Arigato for this ray of light on a dark situation,
Guild Master Raikoke
Swift response. Our own fault for underestimating your logistical resources. All we know down here in Liberty is that you're where the fuel comes from, not exactly how.
[color=#FF6600]We'll see about striking a deal with some of Liberty's corporations. DSE and USI seem to be the most promising, and everyone will be more willing to work together with the embargo in place. Hell, I'm starting to wonder if it's such a bad thing in the long run.
Also, if we're going to be operating in Kusari, then I may as well ask, how are your relations with the Blood Dragons? The Legion have made some deals with them in the past, and they're something of our counterparts within Kusari. It would be extremely useful if we had somewhere to base out of up there, but I figured we'd run it by you first.

Konnichiwa again Commander,
The Blood Dragons you ask? Yes we heard of them. They've long been considered terrorists by the State of Kusari. About three decades ago they were all but gone and yet now have seem to arisen in greater numbers. If rumours are correct they may very well be the best pilots in Sirius and certainly considered hostile to the State of Kusari. It would be a bold step indeed to approach them if able, yet I can't think of better group when it comes to going against the Emporer's will. But I warn you, their ancestors were the protectors of the Hideyoshi line. I've heard that they are a very serious and able group. If you associate yourself with them I'd advise you stay honest and on the level.
