Now, I don't know if you have let any of them fine Salvager's go to any Police IFF'd Mercs lately, but yet, one has been spotted transporting Military vehicles. From Bretonia, or Kusari (One can not be to sure if he had jumped from the Tau's through Baffin and Coronado) down through Texas and California.
What concerns me most about this 'ere pilot, is when I asked him what he was doing with one of your ships, he claimed he couldn't understand me and left there in a hurry, jumping out of a trade lane and heading down towards the Texas jump hole. Dunno where he would have gone to if a few of my Rogue buddies didn't step when they did.

This pilot has been forcibly removed from his stolen vessel TWICE by different Congressmen in the last day.
My fear is that his comms are non-working.
Attempts to be rational have been made, but were unfruitful
