Back again, this time for a transmission bar.

Alright, it's time for a transmission bar for Sei.

For those of you who don't know her, Sei Osugi is Denver-born of Kusari parents. She had a short stint with the rogues in her teens but didn't pilot much until she joined the Chrysanthemums in her early 20s. Now in her late 20s she's the commander of combat ops (O-shaku rank) in the Chrysanthemums.

I suppose none of that matters because I will be asking that you use THIS specific image for the transmission bar. Cut it, alter it, I don't care so long as it's some semblance of that woman, all is well. (Oh and keep the necklace, it fits in my RP.)

Other than that, I'd like it to have transparent edges and not be a solid block with simply the photo in it. Including text relevent such as "Incoming transmission" and "Comm ID: Sei Osugi" etc etc is a MUST, though the exact text is at your discretion. Color... check out the image and decide what's best but Oranges, Reds/Pinks, and Purples + Chromatic, all lightly done, would work nicely. Size, small to medium ie; don't fill the screen, oh and you can include an end transmission as well in the same style.

I'll set the payout the same as my original signature request at 50,000,000sC. If you would rather (and I would rather it this way) work WITH me directly in the process so you don't do lots of work for nothing, skype me (in profile) first with ideas. I'll update here if I find someone whose idea will fit the bill exactly.
