And now, for some regular old out-of-RP explanations.

Richard Walters, known as the only Universal-class assassin, was granted the title of 'Silent Reaper' after conducting a number of terrible murders using little more than a butter knife and his own skill.

Walters is one hundred forty three, and celebrates his birthday in nine days. He uses most weapons with the utmost precision, but excels at the foot-mounted scythe and the handled scythe.

Richard has a heavy Bretonian accent, enjoys drinking, and smokes a pipe. He is five foot three inches, and weighs two hundred eight pounds.

He is a fan of tweed, and has several suits of the material.

He has never been arrested, and is known to the police as the Ghost of the Ripper, in reference to Jack the Ripper.

Richard Walters is a kind old man who doesn't kill out of spite as much as out of convenience. He was the butler to the late Ambassador Fiona Harmonia deLuna.

When the deLuna, the diplomatic Kusari destroyer, was sent by Ambassador deLuna to Honshu for re-purposing, it was forced to enter the Dublin system. The last known records transmitted showed that the ill-armed and under-staffed crew made the military error of entering the asteroid fields. The deLuna was assumed lost to the Mollys, and due to the fact that Ambassador deLuna was dead, few in the bureaucracy cared enough to send a search-and-rescue.

However, in truth, Richard Walters found the deLuna lodged between two asteroids, the engine destroyed by the Mollys and the crew had died due to a rupture in the hull. It was difficult, Richard acknowledged, but paying homage to his favorite patron. Giving the command, his personal assault drones began the tedious effort to rebuild the deLuna. That was some time ago.

The deLuna was finally able to be brought to the Ambulo system, an unexplored area of Sirius. Walters, it is believed, is making the destroyer space-worthy once more.
