Mr. Leblanc,
I´ve requested work on the mooring to start as soon as possible. We´ll also provide accomodations for your own engineering staff on Java during construction. As for your gift, it is well received. I must say, the Merlot´s taste is a bit more to my liking, a bit warmer.
We´ll keep you informed if any problems arise, but let´s hope there´ll be few. Will you be allowing additional Gallic vessels to procure fuel here as well, short of your own, and your fuel supplier? I´m thinking for instance of the Isle De France traders we met not long ago, some seem bound for Kusari on occasion, a course that takes them close to Java.

While we aren't seeking to completely restrict docking rights, we haven't exactly advertised that there's going to be a Gallic refueling station on Java since it is a private venture and we wouldn't want to unneccesarily congest a working station. If a lawful Gallic ship requests docking and refueling, you have our permission to use your discretion in granting docking rights, naturally. Wouldn't want anyone floating in space due to an empty tank, hm?

Much appreciated. Things are going smoother then I had anticipated. I trust there have been no problems from your end? We've seen the odd Gallic freelancing freighter make use of the facility, before heading into Kusari space. I suspect word's gotten around a bit. I'll leave it to you how you wish to handle that.

From our experience, all IMG personnel aboard station have been pleasant and the facilities have proven to be more than adequate. As long as the freelancers you mention aren't causing any sort of noticeable trouble, I'll take the stance that it's better to live and let live.

Payment for the April-May term has been wired to the Guild's account.
We've also begun talks with Monsieur Degenhardt regarding an economic future between our two companies, although I almost get the impression that he hadn't done his homework regarding our continuing relationship in the Taus.
Service aboard Java continues to be nothing but spectacular. It certainly has been a pleasure. Au revoir, for now.
