Guten tag meine damen und herren,
Today, ich had a rather unpleasant argument vith a certain Bowex) kaptain. Even zough ze main point ov ze kaptain's argument vas completely moot, it made me look at your Law Documents again, und ich noticed something zat even ze Bowex) kaptain haven't noticed! Fur last kouple ov months, ich vas taking various goods to Battleship Macduff, but seems one ov ze goods on ze list have been declared 'Restricted Good' after ze var, und seeing zat ze last time ich checked Bretonia law documents vas long ago, it vas not avare. First, let me forvard you ze logs from our encounter:
Now as you can see, ze kaptain ov said vessel accused me ov supplying your enemies, or to put more simple, smuggling! Ich don't allow such offenses! Living a respectful life fur many years, just to be kalled a 'Smuggler' after retirement? Now, ze pointless arguments aside, vhat zat certain Bowex) kaptain failed to mention, vas zis:

Due to the sensitive nature regarding the use of the commodities commonly referred to as Nuclear Devices, Black Market Munitions, Light Arms, Plutonium, and Military Vehicles, a special license has been created to cover the shipment of military goods within Bretonian Space.
But seeing zat as a retired Republican kaptain, no one vithin Rheinland really questions me vhen ich order any type ov cargo, und ich never had any trouble even vith ze BPA) themselves, ich vas not avare ov zis part. All I remembered from old documents vas zat transporting goods through Taus -to- Kusari facilities vas not allowed.
But to show mein gut intentions tovard ze Kingdom, ich just unloaded ze kargo on Planet Leeds instead ov taking it to Macduff, und tried to kontact ze Bowex) kaptain but couldn't reach him.
Now, seeing zat it vas just an honest mistake und nothing intentional, now zat ich know ze 'full verion' ov laws, ich still decided to kontact you meinself und ask if zere ist anything more needed to be done, bekauze afterall, ze only thing ich need to make mein last years in space more 'enjoyable' ist to get chased by police und navy around fur a misunderstanding, ja? Needless to say, now zat ich know transporting such cargo even vithin Bretonia ist restricted, ich vill stop doing it, und settle down vith a lower profit ov something like consumer goods or vhatever on mein trips to Bretonia, but it vould be also nice if you give a short list ov 'Critical but not restricted' goods needed fur your bases und stations around Leeds or Dublin, so ich can use zat fur mein next trips.

You will understand that: War Material
Due to the sensitive nature regarding the use of the commodities commonly referred to as Nuclear Devices, Black Market Munitions, Light Arms, Plutonium, and Military Vehicles, a special license has been created to cover the shipment of military goods within Bretonian Space.
Military Material Licensing is obtainable from the BPA, with a licensing fee of 500,000 credits for every 1000 cargo present on a ship, or 10,000,000 credits for an entire corporation to receive licensing. The fee is used by the BPA to undergo an investigation of any individual or corporation looking to be licensed, and to subsidize Border Wolds Exports, the previously exclusive shipper of military goods.
Application For Licencing for ANY RESTRICTED COMMODITIES. Is HERE
After approval of the Bretonia Police Authority then you may carry on these shipments, Only after the agreement is approved. If however you do ship these commodities into Bretonia before such agreement is made. I'll make it fully clear that legal action will be used against you.
Formal Notification: Failing to obey the instructions of a law enforcement officer may result in force being used.
This is your notification of order to initialize your licencing procedure immediately.
Regards to the Illegal Military Vehicular Shipped, a 500,000 Fine is granted upon you, This would be higher but seems you was kind enough to put yourself forward.. That is how it is
Please send the money via the Sirius bank System'' to "BPA)Anvil" A.S.A.P or you may be added to the wanted list until such fine is met.
"To correct the Junion Constable, Money for Restricted Commodities Liscence goes exclusivley to the BPA)Anvil.
We will ignore the Fine this time since your intent was beneficial to Bretonia and that you yourself brought this to us. Make sure you are fully covered from further discrepancies by purchasing a Arms Liscence
It is a one time direct 10,000,000C transaction to BPA)Anvil, and you are clear.
That will be all, I hope you rectify this problem, and stay safe. also appologies for the great delay in response to your message."
Dankeschon meine herren,
Ich most definitely appreciate your unzerstanding, und to be honest, ich alvays try to stay avay from 'Big' deals such as zis, und uzually settle down vith smaller deliveries just to keep life less stressful fur an old kaptain like me.

But be sure if ich change mein mind und decide to trade in such goods again, ich vill kontact you beforehand, pay ze fee fur purchasing a license, und start trading after zat ist done. Meanvhile, ich vill probably settle down vith basic goods und needed supplies on Leeds und Derby.
