Guten Tag,

this is Michail Henek, an independent trader currently overlooking repairs on my civilian train. The following transmission is a formal complaint to the Kempeitai leadership, about KPT operations in New London several hours ago. I will now explain what happened, and why this complaint is made ...

After arriving in New London at the Cambridge jumpgate, I immediately was "asked" to stop by two KPT-tagged fighters. Wondering about Kusari vessels so deep in Bretonian space, I cut my engines and waited for a response to my question, why these two pilots were so far away from the supposed warzone in Leeds or the Taus. Instead of politely answering and explaining the situation, the two fighters rudely demanded that I drop my full cargo of 2770 units of engine components (bought at Oder Shipyard in New Berlin) and accused me of "assisting the Bretonian war efforts". I ignored their demand for now and tried to explain that I was a Rheinlander on the way to the IMG base Freeport 4 in Magellan because I assumed they had the knowledge that I had no other way than to cross Bretonian space to do so. The Kempeitai pilots repeated their demand with an increasing amount of threats and did not even try to find a peaceful solution nor did they let me return to Rheinland space where I might have brought back my delivery.
Still refusing to drop my cargo, and after another attempt by me to solve the tense situation, the Kusari vessels opened fire on my civilian train. I tried to evade their shots but they must have used these infamous Codename weapons to down my shields so quickly! Hectic and with a heartbeat of 400bpm, I managed to dock at the jumpgate and arrived in Cambridge in one piece, heading for the lane. Luckily, I entered the trade lane before my followers disrupted it. Having some time to think of a tactic to escape the death that was not far behind my ship, I came to the only possible solution: Disrupting the trade lane after exiting at Planet Cambridge, and quickly entering the planets atmosphere, although this may heavily damage my ship ...
As you may see, my tactic was successful and yes, I admit and regret that I had to shot the lane and I hereby inform the Bretonia government about this incident. I will fully acknowledge any charges that follow the traffics disruption, but since I was the only vessel there, I think it's nothing compared to a KPT field execution!

I attached files to show that this really happened, in case some KPT or Kusari Naval force officer doesn't want to believe me.
Oh, and one final note, after checking my comm channel logs I learned that other vessels in New London seemed to have the same "problem" as I did but some of them were unluckier than me and were destroyed.

I hope this will lead to a somewhat less aggressive behaviour on the side of KPT and their missions involving civilians, or at least Rheinlanders ... I thought our houses are NOT at war yet to authorize this level of intimidation and threats!

I send my sincere apologies to the Bretonian officials and my regards to KPT leadership.
