So yeah, another curiosity topic.

SCRA, what is your role going to be with the defensive Bretonian government and military?

Are you hostile to Gallia? Curious about them?

Personally in the long run, Gallia would after the Bretonian conquest (if total conquest happens) would really love to slap the remnants of the Coalition for some internal morale boost.

We see them as we see all other totalitarian monarchies.

I wonder if Gallia will annex Bretonia or just occupy it?

Then the SCRA would be dangerously close to the new superhouse...

The Coalition is hostile to the Monarchy of Gallia, while we are curious about their technology we still consider them a threat to all we have achieved thus far. Our role in their invasion of Bretonia is pretty much hitting both sides, weaken them both as much as possible so our lives are easier.:)

Gallia and Bretonia technically don't know where our Home is, Bretonia knows we are in the Omega Systems but that's it, so after Bretonia is toast Gallia would be hard pressed to find us and destroy us.:)

Hmm, very interesting answers.

Though with the 'conquest' of Bretonia, wouldn't their intelligence divisions eventually fall in line for the hunt of the threats? Or would an extreme faction of Bretonia side with SCRA for a partisan effort against Gallia?

The Omegas are a very large area of space, full of hostiles.
Even if the Corsairs side with the Gallics, they would still face issues with the ol Hessians and others. Exploration in such space is dangerous for foreigners.

I'm looking forward to seeing these developments.

Does this basically mean that the Omegas are the new battleground for the story? I mean The Wild are in there with a gate (in development) and Newcastle for the Nomad structure.

I still have my conspiracy theory about the governments placement and the Nomads/Wild positions. Had it since I discovered Newcastle back in 85.

Actually, I think I wrote about it in my Trent RP... If my (alcohol) memory serves right.

Actually no, never been in there. Never had the RP reason to... I try to stay in the confines of my characters. I miss Trent, I could strut around anywhere as long as I kept quiet.
