Greetings... and stuff,

I've talked with both of you an Anna is aware of my... situation... for lack of a better word. If you're unsure of exactly what I'm talking about you can clarify with her.

Anyway, I hacked the servers and pulled the logs from the night of the attacks. Unfortunately there's been some kind of edit done. While at a first glance the edit looks to be nothing more than some cheater using and aimbot covering his tracks it's far too advanced to be just that.

I tried reversing the edit but the amount of processing power required to do so is enormous since whoever orginally did the edit did a good job of making sure the original file couldn't be recoverd. Even with the combined power of the Intruder and every fighter on board I still didn't have enough to reverse the process.

Which is why I'm contacting you. I really, really hate to ask this and I'm expecting a 'no' since I'm sure you're far from trusting me but... I'm pretty sure the Hood has the kind of processing power I'd need to reverse the edit. As you're the head of IMG operations in Dublin I may mistakenly believe it is within your powers to grant this request... I may be wrong of course... in which case correct me.

I'd need temporary administrator access to the Hood's computers for thirty minutes tops. Simple in and out procedure. You shouldn't notice any adverse effects to the Hood's computer systems in terms of speed or reliability while the logs are reversed and I'll be sure to remove any trace of my prescense from the system on the way out so you won't be implicated in anything.

I know I'm asking a lot it's just this would be far simpler than having to hack through the firewall on the first Battleship I find that I don't like the Captain of. Like I said, I'm expecting a 'no' and would fully understand if you said so.

I thank you in advance for any time you spend considering my crazy request.

Alex this is an absurd request .. i know you only want to clear your name but using the hoods computer systems is out of the question.. i wont even let jack reply to this.. the very fact alone you asked has him madder than a mad hatter...

i suggest .. asking the lane hackers "they" have the power needed im sure but there is nothing the IMG or i can do to help you in this matter.... i understand why you want to do this but the answer is a resounding no and suga ... dont make me loose my new job please.... jacks already mad at me for this.... dont contact him again or i might get the boot and i really dont want that .. ok ..

Okay, boy, now listen.

I am not your friend. And even if my best friends asked me for what you asked, the answer would be: no, without hesitation. Can you now imagine how far that "yes, you may" is away from where you are just now? Multiply the distance with infinity to get where you are.

How can you assume for a nanosecond that I would give you access to anything?
Who are you to think that I would grant you access for half an hour to the complete system of IMG Hood?

I can only tell you a few more things:

You got Anna into trouble in the past. I can't change that. But the consequences from that time are trouble to me now.

You took her into trouble yesterday, when she had to do you a small favour - as I understand. I couldn't change anything because it was reported to me after conclusion. You of course know what happens if probation rules are flaunted? Newgate. Nothing I can do for her then. That would be her end.

And today I'm getting this awful letter that takes her into trouble again and that makes me really angry.


Boy, if you want to do Anna something good, just stay out of her life.

If you want to do me a favour, forget the thought that I am a fixer for problems of criminals out there. Because I'm not. And I can't be bothered. If I see you around Anna again, or if you come across my path again, you will wish we would have never met.
