Our first delivery of oil to Java station was completed today. 2215 units were loaded on |EFL|Nimes and taken to Tau-23, in Sirius. I hope we will be able to do more transports this week because GMS needs this fuel there.
The route has a high degree of hostile activity and myself and Gaston Charpantier escorted the transport. We only had a few encounters with rookies belonging to the Maquis. Except that, nothing else that can be reported.
A personal impression about Java, if I may: This small outpost looks like an important node in the Taus region. We could use more information about it.
Today Elise Morgan et moi, we could transfer another load of oil to the base of our chers business partners, the IMG. The whole journey was pretty quiet, all lanes were safe, even the open space. 4500 units of best, Gallic quality oil have been placed in storage on Java base:
I started my day at Alesia. We loaded Toxic Waste and took it to Briancon for recycling. After this, I loaded 1100 units of Oil and took them to that small outpost in Tau-23, Java. On the way back I loaded cobalt from Dounby Station, in Orkney. In Burgundy, I received a message that an Ion Storm was coming and I decided to end my trip on Alesia, where I also sold the Cobalt.
I will send the report to GMS for confirmation and payment.
Aujourd'hui I took the liberty to pay our transporters for the GMS contract. Monsieurs, go check your bank accounts and confirm, s'il vous plaît. You've been payed according to the number of units that you transported.
Another 10.000 units of oil are expected at Java untill the 14th of next month. 2225 of those units must be the new EFix oil that we're about to test.
Also, the |EFL|Auxerre brought a load of Toxic Waste to Briancon from Alesia. The units are ready to be processed and recycled.
Today a rather big Convoy consisting of 3 Vaches and one Escort undocked from Briancon, fully filled with EFL quality oil for Java station in Tau-23. The way down to Tau-23 ran very quiet. The scanners showed up some vessel of the Legion des Damnes, though its pilot seemed to be too scary to stop such a convoy. At Java station we encountered some foreign warship of the "Osiris" class. It was rather impressive...
The way back was uneventful as well. We took some cobalt ore from Dounby station in Orkney to Alesia, and from there a load of toxic waste to our headquarter, Briancon.
During the journey our guncams took some nice shots of the onvoy and the environment:
Been busy today. First, I took some waste from Alesia and delivered it to Briancon, then, I filled the oil tanks and moved them to Sirius, Tau-23... Java. There, Alan Frossard was waiting for us... a very good guy; helped us with the unloading part. Next stop was that rock base of IMG, Dounby. We took some cobalt and delivered it to Alesia. And from Alesia, we filled our cargos with waste and brough it to Briancon.
Like I said, busy day, eh.
P.S. Unfortunatelly, Alan's computers didn't save any data about his transactions so you'll have to take my word.
Today the last batch of oil has been delivered to Java by Alan and me. The journey proceeded safe, we had no interactions. The monthly requested amount of 10'000 units of oil has hereby supplied.
