Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Herr Admiral Ralston,
This transmission is to inform you that yet another technology mishap happened, this time we lost more than a few fighters and their pilots.
According to this line of transmissions, the technology you granted to Liberty's use is strictly for the Police.
According to this image, your Libertonian friends do not seem to respect your criteria. If you look to the right, a Navy B-3000 heavy bomber can be seen flying into sight, also partaking in the offense against the Schmiedehammer. The cruiser in question currently happens to be full of holes and a few hundred men short on the crew, who were sucked out of the ship by the vacuum or died a miserable death among the flames of the decomposing ship. The hull survived and is being repaired, but that will not change the fact that again, most of the damage was done by a Bretonian bomber.
I trust you will do something about this reckless technology misuse, insulting to both of our respective Houses. I think this event portrays how little regard your "allies" have for your international diplomatic relations.
Hochachtungsvoll,
Admiral Alec Voelkel,
Oberkommando der Rheinland Militär.
Would it be possible that we are made aware of the course of the negotiations with the Navy as well as your decision regarding the case? Information in this matter would certainly help us avoid further encounters of technology misuse.
Signed,
Admiral Alec Voelkel,
Oberkommando der Rheinland Militär.
This matter is being investigated by one of our best, Commodore Hunter will get to the bottom of it, and the members of the Bretonian Admiralty, trust her to do her job to the best of her capabilities. In the interests of our two government's high respects for each other, I would ask for patience while she conducts her investigation.
On the matter of releasing negotiation agreements between Bretonia and another power, we will be more than happy and willing to do so, once the Rhienland Government releases similar information regrading its dealings with Kusari.
Quid pro quo, Admiral.
Until then, Commodore Hunter will proceed,
Yours, in god and in service to the Queen,
Sir Jack Fraser,
Her Majesty's Most Diligent Interdiction Wing
Bretonian Armed Forces.
I never asked for exact details regarding the technology agreement with Liberty, but if you are actually willing to disclose such information to us if we detail what military technology we exchanged with Kusari, I am willing to listen. You will most likely find that obtaining such information is not worth the cost.
Of course, Commodore Hunter will have all the time she requires, we are patient regarding this matter. All I am requesting is being informed once the result of the inquiry is obtained.
Hochachtungsvoll,
Admiral Alec Voelkel,
Oberkommando der Rheinland Militär.
I apologize for the delay in getting to handling this. I have been rather busy of late, in special training, which thankfully ends tomorrow. I will get this issue handled as soon as possible, and make sure that our equipment is not used against Rheinland again.
As to sharing our technological dealings with Liberty, this would be information I would have to discuss with our admiralty board before I can release to you. I will inquire about the possibility of this and let you know when a decision is reached.
-Commodore Evyn Hunter Force Commander, 8th Fleet, Bretonia Armed Forces
