A video of Doc appears in his Ambassador's robes. He is visibly upset and somber*
Greetings, Commander,
If I got your rank wrong, I do apologize. I'm just a bit shaken right now. After the events of today, which I will be glad to speak with you about later on, my nerves are a bit frazzled.
I was informed by Brigadier-General Ricardo Alvarez of the Coalition that Premier Alvin Katz is in very serious medical condition and that medical crews are attempting to stabilize him for surgery. Trust me when I say, Commander, that if he dies, life for us all will get far worse at the expense of the Coalition. I can only ask you to trust me on this. When I save Premier Katz's life, I will tell you what you need to know, even if I have to give myself up for arrest in the process. It's worth it to me.
I have all of Premier Katz's medical records, charts, scans and information and humbly request that I be allowed to treat him. I will use the assisstance of the staff provided but please, for us all, allow me to perform the surgery.
I also request that my hospital ship, [TAZ]Med.Force.One, be allowed to pass through Liberty proper via the Ontario system and the southern part of California on it's way to provide needed technology should it be needed. Hopefully, it won't be needed. For the record, it is a Jinkusu Warship modified as a colony hospital and that the contraband on board is needed for research or surgical purposes. As I said, I hope to not need it but will feel better knowing that I can call on it.
I am preparing to leave within the hour on another ship so your quick approval will be most appreciated. As I promised, once finished saving the Premier, I will answer any questions of me that you may have.
Most Respectfully Yours,
Dr. John Henry Holliday

Hale here.
Good evening Mr Holliday, a pleasure to talk to you. I've heard a good deal about your work, and it's rather admirable goals. Human compassion is something severely lacking in this day and age.
We know a good deal about the situation with the SCRA, some of which has been gained from certain sources I can't name, and some more from General Alvarez, who is currently residing comfortably on San Jacinto station within the Navy system Virginia. At the moment, our physicians are running tests on Mr Katz, and determining the best course of action. He is in a critical but stable condition currently, or so I am told.
However, I'm certain your information regarding his files scans and so on would prove extremely useful in saving this man's life.
You have to understand Mr Holliday, that the SCRA is deemed a terrorist organisation by the Republic of Liberty, and as a result Mr Katz's location, and condition as well as the current situation within the SCRA, is highly classified information.
I'm going to grant you access to Mr Katz, and I will inform the navy doctors and surgeons that you will be overseeing the proceedure. I'm sure they will be honored to work with such an esteemed and well renowned man in medicine. However, I cannot allow the Med Force One into the Virginia system, for the security risk it may present. I would rather have as few eyes as possible in the system, Mr Holliday. I'm sure you understand. We are a nation at war, and loose lips sink ships... Or so the old phrase goes.

Thank you, Admiral, for your response and allowing me to do my work. I've loaded a ship with everything and anything I should need. I'm certain that anything I may forget your people will have. I respect your decision on Med.Force.One. It can continue it's work where it is.
I will be on my way as soon as I finish this transmission and will contact you when I reach New York space. As any ship that I have would not be transpondered for your space, I'll await transport.
I also respect the Liberty government's position on the Coalition. For me, this is a humanitarian mission, not a political one. I thank you for the access and the medical assistance. I'll contact you once I reach New York space.
