For the record, to my friends and faction leaders, this isn't a sanction or anything. I talked to Jack from the IMG OORPly after a skirmish I had near the Hood, and we both agreed that an FR5 would be the appropriate consequence for certain actions A-55 took.

As the one who filed the FR5, I can confirm what Aphil wrote. It was a totally consensual decision made after some nice and OORPly relaxed roleplay. =)
