As you may have heard, the Dublin system is now under marshal law. We tried to give the interested parties in that system a chance to show us that they could at least try to self governing, but, alas, the attempt failed, hence marshal law.
So, as can be seen from this extract from the Bretonian Bounty Board, the rules have changed a bit.

Due to the Dublin system's return to chaos the system is now under marshal law.
The Dublin Protocol, see link to relevant comm channel, is now inforce,

Bounties are open on Molly vessels in the designated BAF/BMM zone as the only reason they would be there is to be up to no good.

Now, between you and this office, i dont really care where in the system you get these buggers, just get em.
But please try to make sure that there are no armed Forces pilots around if you are outside the BAF/BMM zone. And if there are then i am sure that we can sort something out.
Normal bounty payments are inforce.
