As the smoke slowly cleared, Jonah heaved the obviously unconscious man over his shoulder, and slowly climbed out of the cabin. He passed the extinguishing duo, and started trudging towards the infirmary as quickly as possible.

It would seem that the walls of the ward had absorbed his voice, but like ten seconds after that a young nurse rushed in with a worried look on her face with noticable Kusari genes. She tried to say something to calm that patient, alternating bretonian with kusari words and finally stammering out.
Seems that she was ill at ease with him for some reason.
[font=Agency FB]The facial features of Shroud revealed that he was also of Kusari origin.
As the nurse entered the room he sort of calmed himself.
[color=#1E90FF]Another behaviour he simply couldn't explain. Everything sort of happened by itself.
He tried to open up for conversation but he didn't know what to say so instead he remained quiet and simply gazed at the nurse. Shroud had no idea if he was making the scene awkward or simply strange.
Jonah walked into the infirmary, having left earlier. He had his kukri pulled, and an ominous look set on his face. He whispered; "Leave now, please. He ain't gunna come ta' harm if he cooperate."
He walked over to an empty bed, sat on it and, apparently trimming his nails with the amazingly sharp blade, calmly said;
"Well den. Yah made quite a mess outta' da hangar. I'd recommend yah start explainin' yahself, lest I let Zion here..." - he pointed at the kukri - "...do da talkin'."

[font=Agency FB]Intimidated by the large-figured man in front of him, Shroud tried his best to recall the recent events that lead him here.
[color=#1E90FF]K-Konnichiwa... I was you know, trying to steal credits from an unsuspecting merchant whom was trying to reach for the Magellan jumphole in Leeds and... I don't know why he did it, perhaps out of spite but he fled directly to Edinburgh via the jumphole in the same system. So the first thing that happens is that my ship violently crashes into an asteroid and that merchant departing, of course laughing as he did it.
Next thing I know I'm drifting uncontrollably and then someone, maybe it was you I don't know, saved me from that ship and... I really don't know did I say anything wrong?
"A pirate,huh? Well, well. Dat gives me tings ta' tink' about. Yah stay here, or else."
The last words sounded particularly ominous. Jonah stood up lazily and walked over to the infirmary door. He turned, looked at the newcomer again, and spoke briefly;
"She gunna figure somethin' out fah' ya."
He turned and left, and the door shut after him.

As Jonah returned to the infirmary, noticeably later, he looked vaguely disappointed. He walked over to the newcomer's bed, looked at him intently and spoke;
"Alright, here be da deal. Da agreement be yah can,an' WILL, stay on Islay, payin' back fah' da damage yah caused, in toil an' manpowah'. Yah gunna be appointed an Eagle, standard loadout. I also want yah full report on what exactly happened an' yah resume on mah desk first ting tomorrow. Yah gunna find mah room easily, jus' ask fah' da weed lab."
He turned to walk out of the room, and suddenly paused, turned, and eyed the stranger.
"Dun make me regret sparin' yah, an' lettin' yah walk around, cause if yah do..."
He finished the thought by patting his sheathed kukri.

[font=Agency FB]By the time Shroud was trying to figure out who this "she person" was that Jonah was speaking about he had already returned. But this time, before he had to leave again Shroud managed to slip in a few words.
[color=#1E90FF]I'm sorry for my past, I cannot justify any of them. The only thing I can now do is make up for it, I guess. So I guess my sabre got burned up... well alright but at least you can take my guns, exterior equipment should have been fine. Hopefully. You can have them really, you saved my life and I owe you all mine. I will not disappoint you my newly found friend.
And rightfully so Shroud was tasked to write a summary report of what happened during these latest, chaotic events as well as explaining a bit of who he was, how he exactly got here and all that. Simply trying to answer all the questions that possibly could run through Jonah's head right now.
But Shroud was frightened. The violent crash into that asteroid, the dense smoke that had filled his lungs and the second fall into a state of unconsciousness had worked together to form a deep gap in Shroud's memory. He was afraid Jonah would see this as an attempt to be secretive and consequently lead to Shroud's instant exile from Islay Base, Gaian Territory altogether if worst came to it.
He sat for hours, trying his absolute best to remember. Some things got back to him, other things did not. Hopefully the string of memories would be sufficient to satisfy as suitable answers to Jonah's endless questions and perhaps tone down on any suspicions he might have on Shroud's unexpected arrival. For now at least...
Walking past unfamiliar faces Shroud was struck with a sense of loneliness that he had never really felt before, asking politely for directions he finally reached the desk that belonged to Jonah and carefully placed down the report on the table before quietly disappearing back to the hangar again. He wasn't planning to run, just check out this so-called "Eagle" he was generously given.
' Wrote:[color=#1E90FF]Right umm... well okay... let's see here... gosh I'm really rambling right now.
Ok. Right so as I told you earlier, I was trying to extort this merchant in Leeds for some credits and he refused to hand them over, the whole thing turned into a cat-n'-mouse game which ultimately lead me to Edinburgh. Yes through that secret jumphole that is virtually next to your base. As I unsuspectingly followed the target I was chasing I was welcomed immediately by an asteroid which touched the end of my ship knocking the engines out almost completely. Drifting uncontrollably for hours bumping constantly into small rocks my ship was taking damage and rapidly reaching a critical state.
I sent a distress call and... I thought I was going to die but someone named Sequoia Hart picked up my transmission along with several other pilots. I could not make out anyone else she was the only one who told me her name.
Let's see... about me... about me... I'm really trying hard here please I'm not trying to hide anything. Oh yes, yes Kusari! I used to live in Kusari! But I don't remember what... Katanas, Rituals, Ceremonies, dammit why can't I remember!? K... K... Kyoto? Do you know what that is? Oh I don't know... that word just popped out.
And my name, well my name is- What is my name? Oh boy you really think I'm lying aren't you, oh man, oh man I'm done for now. For sure you will throw me out won't you. And I will have nothing, oh man what will I do, where will I go. Ok think, think... what the hell does "Shroud" mean?! Why do I have a black armband made out of leather that has the word "Shroud" imprinted on it in small strings of white cotton threads? I don't understand any of this... dammit I'm sorry Jonah please don't throw me out.
