Sorry to bother you again admins.

Please tell me what the server says and why my 101st has been banned. I tried logging in a few minutes ago and it said I was banned. There was nothing I could do. My 101st's name is Eduardo.Alfaro.

Please let me know when you can so I can see if I did do anything wrong.

I would like to bump this thread, because I'm sure that the issue here is caused by new anicheat system update. The player has connection issues that result in heavy lag and sometimes he can't connect - at the same time his name appears in the respective console message.

I'll repost his tracing results here.

Whoops, I meant to check this a few day ago but lost the link to the post.

Yes the account has been autobanned. Actually this happened after the laggy connection caused sufficient cheat detections to crash the server.

I note that this is happening over most of his accounts.

The ping statistics in the trace are fine.

I have unbanned the account but I expect it will happen again.

I'm sorry that my connection gives so much hassles to the server and the rest of the players. I've been trying to make it better but I just can't. Not even the new Router works like I expected it to.

I tried explaining what happens when one of my chars comes up as a Cheater. When I connect to the server, it takes me to the menu where I can load my characters. I select one then load. When my connection is really bad, even when there aren't any downloads or any sort of traffic, the window saying that the request is taking longer than expected stays almost permanently. I've had that before, 4 days in a row and I can't explain why.

Right now, everything seems to be ok.. but I'm not saying it won't get worse.
