Source: Freital Base, Omega-11 From: Simon Templar Subject: What just happened?
Greetings, Major,
In light of some recent events, I am here to request an explanation.
While on patrol in the Omega-11 system, two Red Hessians stopped me. After some gibberish about permission to operate in said system, the two "Thor" class Bombers opened fire on my vessel. I defended myself and seriously crippled Shauf Hauzen's vessel. While Tot Strom stayed back to fight me, Hauzen quickly left the field, and returned in a "Vidar" class Heavy Cruiser (how he managed to do that so fast, is beyond me). At the scene also arrived a "Odin" class Very Heavy Fighter, Walten Hofmann. Luckily, though, the operator on Freital recognised me, and allowed me to dock at the base, before they got a chance to destroy my vessel.
Now, I need to know: is this the official status of the Red Hessian Army, or have these individuals gone rogue. If so, what actions will you take against them.

Guten tag herr Templar.
I would usually say it is good to hear from you, but I cannot under these circumstances. That of course is not your blame, but more my disappointment in my "troops". First of all mein herr, let me apologize to you for this incident that occurred. I am glad to see that you are still well after this assault on your life.
Now, about the men that have assaulted you... They have been known to cause trouble before, one of them in particular even more than the others. No mein herr, this attack is not the stance of the Red Hessian Army, as these men are not even part of it. Trust me mein herr, if I had them beside me now, I would execute them myself on the spot. Such misbehavior and blatant disregard of Army protocols is and will be severely punished.
If I ever find or see them again, I'll make sure they never see the sun again. And if I dont find them, our patrols eventually will. In the meantime I will notify our troops of these traitors and miscreants. In the meantime, the engineers on Freital will take care of your ship, and if you have the need check in with the medical crew as well. And please, do not worry about this incident anymore, I will take it from here.

I am most glad to hear that, Major. My ship is already back in top shape, thanks to the excellent crew on Freital. However, I would like to present two requests, if that is acceptable.
First of all, I want to deal with these traitors myself. However, at least formally, they are still Hessians. As such, I request green light from the Oberkommando to shoot these traitors down.
Second of all, and a more delicate matter: I am well aware of the diplomatic stance towards the Outcasts. However, I have been granted command of a "Tridente" class gunship. It has already proven it's worth against the Corsairs in Omicron Theta, and I would like to push forward. As such, it would go a great way in helping in the struggle against these foes if I was allowed to operate withing Hessian territory.

The pilots that shot you have already been declared traitors mein herr. Their docking rights on our bases have been revoked and they are being actively searched for. I assure you mein herr, to me, they are Hessians no more. They have proven on multiple occasions that they are incompetent, disobedient, and as such they only damage our great Vaterland further. When I find them, I will blow their ships out of the sky myself, but if you find them first, you may have the pleasure of dealing with them.
As for your other request, even though I hate the very essence and sight of that ship you are flying in, and the nation it holds true to, the Oberkommando has decided to approve your request. You may operate within our territory in said vessel, perhaps it shall be useful to us as well...
