Konnichiwa Ladies and Gentlemen.
As you are no doubt aware, Samura Heavy Industries holds both the corporations and government of the great house of Rheinland in very high esteem.
It is because of this that I have sent this communication through in an effort to strengthen our relationship with your honorable people.
I would like to ask if there is anything Samura can do for you.
As the largest corporation in Sirius we can bring many supplies to your people from anywhere in Sirius with the possible exception of Bretonia and the Omicron systems.
We would be more than happy to put these shipping assets to work for you.
Rest assured that this would not affect our current, considerable trade relations with Rheinland, and has more to do with any special requests you might have.

Guten abend herr Kazuya,
I will be speaking for Militär interests in regards to your company.
Could you please teach your escort piloten and transport kaptains the laws of Rheinland before you send them into our house? The second report of a Samura transport violating the Rheinland-liberty embargo this week landed on my desk this morning. While mistakes do happen, and I personally believe that these two violations where a result of pilot error, it does not look well to see your piloten making such rookie mistakes.
The names of the two ships in question are as follows:
I regret to be the bearer of bad news. Hopefully Rheinland's corporations and Bundestag will have better news for you. I am just a military man though, so I shall not stick my nose into matters of trade and foreign relations.

Konnichiwa Vizeadmiral Putzkammer.
First I would like to thank you for bringing this to my attention.
I was truly shocked to find this out and we have begun our own internal investigation on this matter.
Both ship captains have been asked to return to Kusari for a full debriefing where we will find out what has been going on.
One of the ships' captains was very new and has been taken on that route by the other, I can assure you that training sessions have been organised to clarify both Rheinland laws and our relationship towards them.
I am afraid I must shoulder some of the blame for this as it is obvious not enough was done by myself to make sure these captains were properly informed of all regulations pertaining to the area of their activities.
The captains in question have agreed to pay the fines demanded for their actions and I would like to personally donate a further ten million credits as I am very pleased with the way this was handled and would like to assist in making sure that more border security of this caliber is employed by your great nation.
As to my original request, I am still seeking an answer on if there is anything that Samura Heavy Industries can do for the people of Rheinland.
FROM: Erich Teufel, Rheinland Bundestag
TO: Okada Kazuya, Chief of Human Relations
Guten Tag.
My name is Erich Teufel, I am a representative of the Rheinland Bundestag. I have been elected to respond to your transmission.
With food shortages over the coarse of several years, The House of Rheinland has been forced into an uneasy partnership with the Synthfoods company. In order to keep the citizens of our house fed, we have had to resort to allotting nearly 85% of the food production of planet Stuttgart to the Libertonian company Synthfoods.
In recent years, the Rheinland government has been forced to reevaluate Synthfood's role in the economy of Rheinland. In the last few years, the war with liberty has increased the food requirements of Rheinland, with more and more troops needing to be fed high energy, high protein meals. This has led to the need for even more food. A minority have even proposed granting Synthfoods ownership over all crop development on Stuttgart to relive this growing burden. While that would indeed solve our food problems, many have questioned whether a Libertonian company should be in a place to effect key matters of national security if they so wish. The Nation of Rheinland must feed itself, yet we cannot rely on those who we are at war with to do so for us.
It is well known that the Samura corporation is one of the foremost suppliers and producers of food in Sirius. As such, you may be in a position to help our glorious republic.
The Bundestag would like to cordially request figures for food production and delivery, as able to be supplied and produced by Samura. If figures turn out to be favorable, we may have a business proposition for you.
Representative for the Rheinland Bundestag, Erich Teufel

Konnichiwa Mr. Teufel-sama.
I thank you for your response to my communication, we are always pleased to help our friends in the great house Rheinland in anyway we can.
I have begun collecting the data you have requested and will return with an answer as soon as is possible.
I must apologize that this will take more time than is normally needed as we are currently suffering from illegal aggression in the Sigma systems that have forced us to redeploy some of our forces that would normally be used to ensure safe passage of our shipping endeavors.
Samura is committed to this event having as little impact on our operations as possible but unfortunately some loss of export and import will be felt by all of our customers in Rheinland.
It seems treatise do not hold much weight with our mutual neighbors in the Sigmas.
I am sure you will be happy with the numbers when delivered and we can then go on to discuss other business.
The gas miners would surely not attempt to hurt the flow of trade between Samura and Rheinland and if they do, we do have some counter plans for this event which may bring great economical prosperity to Rheinland.
As always Samura looks forward to expanding our business opportunities with your people.
