I am looking for professional work. I could do it myself, replacing pixel by pixel in paint, but I dont have that kinda time and its hard to pull off without looking cartoonish.

Look closely at the collar of the man in the middle

Also, like the rheinland insignia, perhaps try to tilt it a bit though, to make it look more natural, that and enlarge it. also, the green should be a tad darker, and try to give it a sense of lighting and 3Dyness. right now it looks flat as a pancake, and a bit less interesting.
