NSY CommChannel Status:OPEN Incoming Transmission... Priority:UNREASONABLE From:Assistant Commissioner, Sir Henry-George Whitehall To: Intelligence Agency of Bretonia Subject: Nomad Artifact under our noses
"This is Sir Henry-George Whitehall, Assistant Commissioner of the Bretonian Police Authority to the Director for the Intelligence Agency of Bretonia.
One of our Commerce Control units, the Metropolitan, spotted a vessel with... A questionable item aboard their ship.
An Eagle class civilian very heavy fighter was spotted entering Bretonia at the Cambridge jumphole with a Nomad Artifact signature in their cargo hold. The vessel known as "The.Faca" was en route to the Magellan jumphole from that location before he was halted temporarily via cruise disruptor but continued to use thrusters, he then made a sharp left turn heading the direction of the planet, eventually landing on leeds despite its docking rights being removed by the commander of the Metropolitan.
We are conducting a full search of the most likley hiding places for such a person on planet Leeds as we speak. With the ever increasing influx of transport ships assisting in the evacuation effort on the planet, there is a high probability that the person may try to slip aboard one of such vessels, we are conducting sensitive scans of all the ships entering and leaving the atmophere to see that doesnt happen.

I would normally suggest the showing of force, and the destruction of such an artifact would be the best course of action. However, a few scientists maybe inclined to disagree on the subject. If you do manage to get a hold this man, do whatever necessary to ensure the safe retrieval of the artifact
Normally I would take over such operations, but our resources are busy else-where for the time being and, I appreciate the help, Sir Whitehall. If I can also request that the Police Authority hold onto the artifact if you manage to retrieve it intact until the end of the week, where a team of Agents will escort the artifact to a secured location in The Sector.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I'll attempt to get a few hands available in the mean time.
Signed,
Director Regis Lawson Home Office of Military Intelligence
