My name is Siegfried Heilner, I am a representative of the Rheinland Bundestag.
We have received word of the Kusari government issuing a blockade over Okinawa due to the conflict in the Sigma sector, which affects Rheinland in a rather negative way.
Although we possess reserves, our supply of Plutonium is cut short by this restriction. ALG has been handling the transportation of the said material, however they have already reported getting the shipping vessel TGX-Marienburg destroyed by overzealous locals justifying their actions by the embargo.
If possible, we would like to request the Kusari-Okinawa blockade to be lifted for Rheinländer vessels, at least concerning the shipping of plutonium. Allow me to remind you that we also permitted Kusari companies the transportation of military vehicles, regardless of the Rheinland-wide ban on their unlicensed shipping.

You do not need to remind me of the generous agreements between the Bundestag and the Keiretsu. It is my hope that such a mutually beneficial relationship can be maintained without compromising the fabric of either nation.
After advisement from the Council Of The Rising Sun, High command agrees that the codex should be amended to include ALG Waste disposal and Republican shipping as licensed to transport plutonium through Kusari to Rheinland space safely. And of course, Daumann, Kruger, Republican shipping and ALG are still exempt from the Tau restriction concerning Military Vehicles: we are happy to pay well for reliable, precision engineering. We are glad to observe the changes you have made to the legal codex, of course we abide to its word when in Kusari.
Considering further collaboration, I believe the representatives of the ALG should contact you about the possibility of transporting terraforming gases to Okinawa if they didn't already.
