everyone that knows me knows it, Most of my characters either originate from bretonia, or end up in bretonia as a hostile of friendly force.

im a mad bretonian Patriot, its where i feel happiest in this game, and in all my time here, never once have I seen the queen either ingame, nor on the forum.
not even 1 time in about 2/3 years.

I dont know who works this stuff out, if there is a government of bretonia, if there are people that should be doing this job but just arnt, i dont know what goes on in the upper levels of the place that things in bretonia are decided.
Start using the leader of bretonia more often, and take example from the Rhienland and Kusari peoples who are using their leaders which is GREAT TO SEE.
seriously i was like "oh wow thats awesome, the emperor of kusari is giving a speach, thats pretty badass."
and then Rheinland did the same, and I was all like "wow, cool! more leaders..." and then.. jealously.. >.>
She is a important character for any serious Bretonian character, hostile or lawful *flag waves in background* she is either that which we hold most dear or that which we wish to destroy at all haste.
so, doesnt matter who used to play the part of the Queen, but somebody needs to retake up that torch and get to steppin..
Unseelie used to play the Queen havent seen him in quite a while though. Not sure what an appropriate amount of time is before poaching someone's character. Although, it would probably be fun to have an arch nemesis to fight against:)
True, the leaders of liberty and bretonia could use a little more action, especially the queen (isn't she supposed to be the heart and sould of bretonnia?) and the president to a lesser extent. Also, having these 2 figures in the background makes liberty and bretonia seem even more militaristic than either one of them is supposed to be since most decisions are now being made (in the absence of the quen and president) by their respective admirals.
There is a Bretonia Government. It's newly formed, only a few weeks old. It consists of Faction Leaders and Second in Commands of various Bretonia factions.
We are filling in the government posts as we speak, but as far as I know, the position of Queen has not been filled yet.
Hopefully, you'll be hearing from this Gov't soon as the positions are solidified.
As Garrett said, the government was just recently reformed. We're filling the minister appointments right now, which excludes the Queen. Liam is the Prime Minister currently.
I will have the gov hold a vote on whether to have the Queen be played by a specific person, or be a shared character posted via The Kingdom of Bretonia account and with a possible in-game shared Royal Liner. Most often, the Queen doesn't leave New London except for treaties with other nations. She is somewhat ill and preocuppied, plus she doesn't have all that much real power, with parliament there.
