This letter comes to you, with a formal request of the Bretonian Merchant Navy, based at Planet Leeds.
Let me try to make it short. Bretonia is in need of several goods, where one of them, Deuterium, to be exact, could be imported from Planet Gran Canaria, Omega 49. To have something available in exchange, we would like to request docking rights for Shasta Orbital Skyhook, Baffin, to buy Pineal Amulets there, which, as I heard, are highly demanded in the Omega 49 region.
In exchange for those rights, we would offer you to supply Baffin with Robotic Components and Pharmaceuticals, or other goods needed on your side, if you let me know what exactly this could be.
In addition, and if possible, we request permission to pass your space from Coronado Jumphole to Tau 29 jumphole, for all crafts being in these Convoys, which could include:
- Shire Class Transport Vessels
- Percheron Class Transport Vessels
- Bretonia Gunboats
- Challenger Bretonia Bombers
- Templar Bretonia Very Heavy Fightes
- Paladin Bretonia Heavy Fighters
All of these vessels with proper Armed Forces registry papers and IFF transponders.
Of course, all laws of Baffin will always be kept, especially the no firing law, so that all ships would use their weapon systems for self defense only, and there will never be any hostile act being committed, for sure.
Please let me know, if any arrangement could be possible, which I hope, to be able to send a similar appliance form to Mr. John Henry Holiday at Planet Gran Canaria.
with all respect

By what I understand you are asking for permission to run Deuterium in exchange for Baffin trade.
This is redundant. Zoners sell Deuterium but we don't claim rights to it's shipping. Nor do we care who
moves through Baffin or docks on Shasta, as long as they abide by the rules and regulations we have
laid out.
If you have the know-how to acquire Deuterium and ship it yourselves then you are as entitled to it
as much as we are. If you are asking us to ship for you then that is an entirely different matter.
Please clarify this in your reply.
Regards,
Xavier Triton The Trident of Eris, Shasta Orbital Skyhook, Baffin
Nice to hear from your side that quick.
No, you got it fully right. All possibly transportations will be done by ourselves, no need for you to jump in. We have all the technology necessary for the shipping of deuterium, and as I mentioned before, will of course keep all rules.
I have just sent a formal request to make sure no one will complain about our possible presence.
So, as far as I could read in your transmission, there won't be any problem with the planned operations in future?
with all respect
