I contact you today to , hopefully, negotiate docking rights on Java base or South Shields refinery.
A derelict Nomad city is currently in the Newcastle system, and with no base nearbye to resupply without risking already strained resources due to attacks upon our home, not to mention our, attempts to curtail Nomad, Wilde, and Aoi Isinjin activity across Sirius.
Bretonia is currently home to two things of intrest: The Newcastle City and the Chester system. The Order is attempting to commit, resources, but as I said, we are strained.
The only docking rights I need are to moor a sole CV-1 Class battleship with either Java, a risky one, due to the,Tau War and the,CR-Outcast war, or South Shields, whihc I would only, have to worry, about the IAB, to remain close to both Newcastle and Chester. There will be between one, my personel and five-six strike craft of fighter and bomber class who may or may not arrive to assist me, but nothing bigger then the aforementioned battleship, which will be working as our Command and Control platform for our operations for now.
I know I am asking alot, and asking you to trust me, a so-called terrorist. I do understand if you would rather not.
But my mission is to avoid another decimation of a Defense Wing, which happened in Dublin.
Please note I do not have any connection with the OSS|, nor will they be participating in this operation. Nor will those idiots be participating ever.
I also apologise for any and all actions commited by them.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Hunter Out.

Hello Mr. Jeremy Hunter, I have reviewed your request to dock with one of our stations. I would like to grant you access to dock with South Shields and you are more than welcome to use the resources there at your will. Due to Ongoing events in Tau 23 i know you'll understand why we can't have the presence of your Vessel there.
Giving you access to our beloved base i expect you to follow all local laws and to not abuse your access. I know this wont be an issue i just had to address it. I hope your research goes well and we wish you the best of luck.
