Bonjour, mon amis! I am probably the last person you would have expected to contact you over the Gallic neuralnets. I am here to make a deal with you, I have heard great stories about the Independent Communist Miners Guild and their famed ability to mine ore at a pace which baffles the minds of other mining companies... now off from the flattery. I have interest in the ore that you mine, or more specifically, the Niobium that you mine in the Tau-23 system.
We are very interested in shipping this product to His Majesty's facilities in great quantities, and would be willing to pay a fair market value price for such ore. I am inquiring as to if you would like to sell that precious ore of your to us so that we may ship it back to our House.
Now, I know what you're thinking.. what is in it for you. Well, mon amis, I will do my best to convince the proper authorities for you to have entrance into Gallic space. I hear that you do not wish to spread your Communistic ideals, and merely wish to adhere to them yourselves. This is good for the both of us, as you well know by now that Gallia is a Monarchy, but we are very supportive of those individuals and groups, such as yourselves, that enjoy their independence from other corporations and governments. This is the reason you live on the fringes of society, I take it.

Comm ID: David Grigori, ICMG Director of Commerce
Subject: Wine, you say?
Bonjour, Monsieur Pierpont ' *ahem* ' I believe I pronounced everything correctly... My name is David Grigori, and I am the ICMG's acting Director of Commerce.
I must say, this is quite the pleasant surprise ' the ICMG has not had any contact with our French friends in a long time. Too long, if I do say so myself. I find it strange that you know so much of us and our ways, however, it does indeed save me a lot of explanation. You are correct in simply every count, and your sources of information are impeccable in their details ' quite impressive, if I do say so myself. To be quite frank, I find everything you've said to be quite more than acceptable. We've been mining and mining, and though the majority of our ore has been shipped off to Rheinland, as per custom, we have incredibly vast quantities of niobium in storage onboard our Barge, the ICMG-Granite, waiting for a business proposition of some sort ' and you are the first man to take note of it. If it is indeed true that the good citizens of Gallia have no niobium ore deposits to call their own, I have quite good news for you and all of your employees, monsieur ' there is, (and do bear in mind, chap, this is but a rough estimate), suspected to be over fifty million tons of high-quality, raw niobium in the Tau-23 system alone, and, if I do say so, that's simply the most pure form of the stuff.
The Independent Communist Miners' Guild is, as you have apparently been informed, a group that uses some of the most efficient mining tactics in Sirius. And if I do say so myself, that is indeed no mere flattery ' not even our more corporate-oriented counterparts in Rheinland can claim such a thing. We're capable of providing immense quantities of niobium to the good men and women of your corporation, and, more importantly, to the entire House of Gallia, for more than reasonable prices.
Simply put, chap, your offer is astounding, everything you've heard of us is likely correct, and we're more than happy to do business with you. Sorry about the delayed response, by the way, but you know how it is ' we've been doing a bit of spring cleaning and updating our archives recently, and I'm rather afraid your message got lost in the clutter. Simply shoot us another message detailing how open you think the officials in your nation will be to allowing our good citizens into your beautiful House, and what sort of plan you would like to organize for niobium delivery, and I believe we'll all be just spiffy.

Well, monsieur Grigori was it? I'm not sure exactly how keen the Crown would be on allowing your guild free and unmonitored access in Gallia... but... I am sure I can convince them to give you some limited and highly-monitored access to some of our systems. As you know we are currently in the middle of squashing a certain rebellion which has claimed several thousands of lives and will cost thousands more. This rebellion is being funded by certain Sirius factions for some odd reason, as they have killed mostly civilians in their rampant rages across our fair systems. Luckily we have them contained for the most part now, but we do not need another group of individuals to fall for their deceptive speech and silver tongue.
Now off of talk of the rebellion and onto business: What sort of terms per-ore price were you thinking that would be fair between our two businesses? We are very interested in that large sum of Niobium that you noted in your previous transmission.
