technically yes, but the admins put a backup rule in the bounty rules that anyone trying to abuse the system would be punished. They might use that to stop you from listing an entire faction.

That wouldn't be abusing the system so I doubt it. Hence why I'm wanting some clarification, not that I care. I'm not the employeer or employeed in either of those bounties. Just wondering because I know people have gotten away with this in the past.

This bounty against three characters was locked for being a blanket bounty
While this bounty was against an entire faction, and was not locked despite being sponsered soley by one person

I'll get banned for stating my thoughts on why this is. But what do you have to say to the above?
