Since I'm still recovering from an utterly marvelous case of muscle injury, I decided to watch an anime my cousin swears by. She says it's awesome. Bored out of my skull I decide to watch it.
Glad I did, it's one of the most; what's the word... intriguing animes out there. It's pure human flaws and power mongering with a great amount of twists and plot developments.
I love this anime, and now it sits up there with some of my favorites.
Apart from her, everything that involved her, and everything that transpired as part of her character development (or lack thereof), I quite enjoyed it.
It is good. Very good indeed. Although I prefer the Manga, on the anime Kira gets at least some dignity in his death (swimming in the complete last chapter -_-). But I really like the weirdness of Raito, even though he is just trying to improve humankind, he kinda turns into an antihero, the best hero there is:)
Oh, if you liked that one, you should give a look to Code Geass. It rocks
It's a good anime series, but I think the end of the Japanese Drama was a bit better. Though I won't spoil you. You should watch it, if you can stand it. (sometimes the acting/CGI can get on your nerves. Ryuku looks... well... I thought he was a person in a suit when I saw my friend watching it).
I must admit that the Death Note is not the anime I liked. Though, I will still post here to add this image of Madoka. Aside from that, Fletcher, if you would like to spend some good time - watch Shaft's things from Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei for pure lulz to Bakemonogatari for the beautiful graphics and the nice storyline.
