Usage of the Spatial

I've been away from the Disco community for a long, long time: so I may be totally in left field. I do however find it strange that I see unlawfuls in direct opposition to the IMG (And the Xenos for the other buy point) using an exploration ship. The only exploring that these pirates are going to engage in is that of an unfortunate trader's cargo. I'm pretty sure that all 3 factions I mentioned have a much more RP viable Werewolf SHF available for their use. Not to mention that they have to dock with stations that are hostile to their cause to acquire this admittedly awesome vessel.

Very specific nitpick, but I wonder what other people think about this (minor) annoyance of mine; Do you think the Spatial is overused? Should IMG/civilian make a fighter available to all factions?

B: Outcasts dont have it open use, and corsairs definitely cant have it!

However, I agree that if you cant land on the base where a ship is sold, you shouldnt be able to use it. Thats why I want to implement shiploss on death, it would solve this.

A: The werewolf is not a SHF, your right....but its essentially equivalent (A VHF-Bomber hybrid thing)

B: Doesn't stop people from using in, much to my chagrin

D: For RP'ing an explorer; awsome. In combat; massive forward firepower...but very easy to hit...However it can mount a SNAC, which is the reason I assume that pirates are picking it up.:crazy:

Spatial and mining ships are civillian.As such,they are open to everyone (excluding Keepers),like the Eagle.
It should be,as a civillian ship,sold sirius-wide on the market in roleplay.
Even if it is an explorer ship,it can be used as a multi-purpose ship.Why can't I use it to explore and feed my own belly at the same time?

if spatial mounts a SAC it cant have a CD, so no piracy.

And the point is that spatial ISNT sold sirius wide, only on IMG and xeno guard bases.

Spatial has been sold on open market so, a pirate can find one and he can troll IMG with it: "I'm using your ship to pirate you, tololololol, you suck!"

Exactly the same goes for... let's say, KusEx. A pirate IDed KusEx can pirate a lawful or civilian from Kusari. It's free to use and anyone can come with a good RP explanation for it.
