Transmission bars needed!

Okay I need a pair of transmission bars, make them with a lot of green, angular and with a subtle background.

Looks good. Only a few small things. The potrait on the lower bar, remove it please, but the "hole" where the image intersects the bar can stay.

The spikes on the upper portrait: Remove the RIGHT ones completely, and place the left ones straight horizontally.

The portrait: Either remove the "scrambling" or make it the usual "tv-type", with horizontal lines.
