Aerelm, I see your point, but as we both know that is not how Discovery works.
I have two Junker characters with Conference GBs and the only query I've had was from a BPA.
I'm not convinced that RP hostility would be appropriate from the above mentioned official whatevers.

I didn't think the Congress would, at least I wouldn't expect them too. Guess that is something Doc worked out with you lot. Aerelm, do notice I didn't say the Zoner factions will shoot you. I said we can, if we cared too. We don't tend to care unless given a reason to care.

From a Zoner faction standpoint, you've stolen our technology. Which means you probably have killed a Zoner in the process. That is plenty to warrant the hostility. As for why the Congress would, I dunno. See my above post though.
Quote:Zoner ID
Pilot carrying this ID is a Zoner, who :
■ Can trade and escort traders
■ Can demand Zoner pilots from any ship carrying them and can attack if the demand is ignored or refused
■ Can only attack those who are : directly attacking Zoners or Zoner NPC faction allies, carrying Zoner pilots, diplomatically hostile to Zoners, or those who have violated Freeport neutrality
■ Cannot ally with anyone except against Zoner faction enemies, or to defend Zoners, Zoner bases and Zoner allies
■ Cannot participate in any unlawful actions
■ Cannot use any ship with more than 3,800 cargo space
■ Cannot fulfill bounty contracts except against Zoner faction enemies
■ The Zoner ID does not make you immune to piracy, pirates may choose at their discretion whether to exempt you from being pirated.
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.

Funny, I don't see anywhere where it says that Zoners can attack people when they don't like the ship they're flying.
