So... GB turrets, how do I know which ones are Neutron/Laser/Particle/Photon/Plasma/Pulse/Tachyon?

They still have Gravton/Molecular/Positron shields for the Gunboats...

All Transport and Capital Guns are typeless and do 100% damage to all sheild types.

yea there are three differences, check FIGHTERS, subcategory GUNS, n youll see why:D

I can confirm this for transport guns.

For example, the ammo for the transport turret type 1 (the "pulse" one):
