Hello Dons of the Outcast it is a pleasure first for me to acquire an audience with you.
Now to get right down to business because I know how busy you must be.
I've been watching you guys come and go from Freeport 10 and other locations of
which I do not care to ask. I did lots of work for many Outcast pilots while on this
Freeport. Normally affiliating myself as one of you because my business only
involved the Outcast. I now have, from business means, acquired enough money
to be even closer to the Outcast. I wish to become a pirate and join the countless
Outcast out there who have the honor to fly one of the remarkable ships you
have in your arsenal. The ship I wish to use is a Falcata Bomber.
My ID is registered as a Outcast but I must trip that and become a normal Pirate.
For I can not become a full fledged Outcast do to the Cardamine that keeps you
alive. Inhaling too much of it is to the contrary bad for my health and I can in
turn die from it.

So please Dons. I ask you for permission to use a Falcata so I may finally
join the ranks, so to speak, of the Outcasts and get off this annoying station!

It is with sorrow in my heart that i have to inform you that the council of dons has currently been disbanded, Maybe one day they will rise again and take on them the lead of the Maltese Nation again but that day has not arrived yet. As for your ship request, the Falcata is a border worlds line ship. We Outcasts do not own the EXLUSIVE rights to make those ships altho we are probably the primary users of the ship. My point: altho it is respectfull and honourfull of you to ask, you do not need our permission.

This beeing cleared up, i hope you will make me proud to call you an allie of the nation, by furhter questions do not fear to ask.

Hmm, I was not informed while doing business on the Freeport of
the Dons being disbanded, that is truly a shame to hear.

However I must thank you for the information about the Falcata.
Which I also did not know, I thought it was ment only for the
Outcasts to use. Anyway, as such I thank you for allowing me
to fly such a magnificent ship and I shall not let the Outcast
or the allies of them down!

Also I will contact this, Dennis Jameson, to let him know of
my situation.
