I wish to make the Barracuda available via the ship seller on Planet Manhattan.
As I don't know how to get or understand the base codes or ship codes in the biniqu and the FLstat doesn't seem to work anymore I hope some one can give me a simple walkthrough.

Answering my own question ............. in case any other sp wants to know .....
Use biniqdu or similar ... to read .ini files.
Use FLStat to read base codes and ship codes .........
Alter the ship code in your required base to read available. All codes are already there, just not available.:rtfm:
