This is captain Santiago of the MNS-Maltesian, dreadnought class battleship.
I would like to discuss the posibility of being able to purchase some of your finely crafted Battleship turrets.
Not to say that I haven't faith in my own. But it is rumoured that the range of your weapons is unparalleled by anyone.
Request concerning technology sharing belong here.
However please be aware of this :

Do not ask.
The Lane Hackers will only consider technology transfer requests from an official executive of your faction. In Rogue-speak, that means 'da boss'. No requests will be considered if made by anyone else. Individuals will be denied without regard for any prior or existing arrangements.
Nobody denied your request, captain Santiago, since you made no official request. If you want to acquire these turrets, you have to make the demand in our diplomatic channel.
I was merely pointing you to our policy concerning technology sharing. No decision has been taken yet.
As for the "why". I'm sure you can understand our reluctance to hand out our precious weapons to anybody, given the risk of backfiring. While we trust Outcasts and consider them as our first partners, we do not know what will tomorrow be made of. The "Undead" incident is the proof of that.
On a side note, I believe that your request would have much more chances to be accepted if the 101st or any other Outcast organization could vouch for you in some way.
As you said you were worried about the "Undead" issue.
I can assure you that I have nothing to do with those blithering morons.
They are not fit to call themselves people of Malta.
'Admiral' Dan Reynolds. Pff.
I'm more likely to use weapons on his flagship, than anything else at this time.
As for the aquisition of the turrets, I shall patch a communique through to your diplomatic channel.
If you are concerned with your weapons being used on your own people, I can offer some collateral if needs be.
