Hi, got Order repped Osiris and ... I use it barely... so thought about some SRP..
Wanna explore foreign systems with it. SRP based on BSG (battlestar galactica) I have some survivors (of something) onboard and we are looking for new home among the stars. Have you any suggestions?. Need to improve my ZOI of my ship --- will do PVP only rarely... if engaged and so on

Was thinking about getting some kind of permission to use Osiris as ZONER or something like that...

We could be Order survivors from some shipyard captured by nomads or something like that.... Order members who no longer wish to fight and die.

Corvo's roleplay background is a rather small exploration ship, while Jinkusu is a good one for a role you're thinking about. I can't recall the current status of limitations on them, but, basically, it's your choice. It's big, it's armored and it's battleship technically and a colony ship by its purpose.

And there were people that played their Jinkusu(s) as the mobile Freeports located in desolate systems, so you can always ask them to share the experience.

In other words, you need to discover more about DiscoveryFL before doing something since you lack basic knowledge.

Snak3, there is nothing wrong in using Osiris for such purposes. Remember what ship had Orillion headed deep into Nomad space on. Though, most probably you just don't like the idea suggested and can't avoid voicing all you think of it.

Another point is that Order won't share Osiris with Zoners for this certain case - Zoners got their own shipline that fits the role more. I'd really recommend to stick to the Zoner ships since they are all getting new fancy models in the incoming mod and playing them will be not only entertaining, but tempting aesthetically.

I'm for good roleplay. Just not with Order Osiris which shouldn't be so common already and chart far systems that is out of main Order goal.
