Umm, nope.

Expanded: Yes, with the owning faction's premission. That shouldn't be an inrp premission - but you still have to convince a faction leader that you 'salvaged' those guns.

If it's white, you'll need faction permission.
If it's red, no.
If it's green, you can use it. Why are you shooting them though? They are usually your friends or allies.
