Guten tag..I'll skip right to the chase since there are quite a few members in the department extremely upset from what just occured today..Obrest Bommel and a few members of the Rhienwher secondary fleet were attacked in Stuttgart earlier, and Bommel is currently in stable condition in one of the local hospitals planetside on Stuttgart along with another 2800 souls as well from other Rhienwher vessels that were destroyed.
Would you care to explain how in the name of the Kanzler, the Joker himself got ahold of one of your gunships?!

To state, I'm dealing with questions now being brought up in the wake of this incident..Can we trust the guild?...Are we to expect other "stolen" Hunter vessels in the future?..Perhaps tomorrow I'll be on patrol and find the Joker is flying one of the Guild's Battleships around New Berlin on a joyride..

Is not the answer I had hoped for...Perhaps we should inform other people of a higher power to freeze all payments to the guild in their work of hunting down criminals til this situation is rectified?
The point being is the man somehow got ahold of your vessels and is shooting down pilots within Rhienland.
Fix this problem..Get it back..And make sure it doesn't happen again...I have never heard of stolen Hunter property til now and I hope to never again.

Just because you personally have never heard of stolen property means that you must be a rather piss-poor police officer. Seriously, do you not have any crime in Rheinland? Of course you do, that's why you have the RFP, right? How about instead of taking an antagonistic attitude towards us you apply your high and mighty crime fighting skills and help us catch the slippery bastard.
I'm certain that you have all your LWB, Hessians, and all the OTHER criminal elements so under control that you feel you have to irritate the one group of people that DOES actually work WITH you in catching criminals. How about we just decide to let the crooks run rampant in Rhienland and dump ALL of the workload on you? Oh, that's not quite so appealing now, is it?
In case you're wondering at my tone, I'm simply taking the same tone with you that you initially took with me. If you'd approached me in a less accusatory manner, then I wouldn't be speaking quite so harshly with you. Maybe even approached it along the lines of, Hey, it looks like the Joker managed to acquire one of you ships somehow, would you like some help getting it back?

Now we could go on for ages on that subject but you and I would both agree it wouldn't get us anywhere closer to rectifying the situation.
And for the record, I don't care on what my wages are just as long as I am able to leave my apartment and know that my family is a little safer from the work that I do, so before calling me a piss-poor police officer, know that I don't care about money as a means to get work done.
Now then..
We need to make sure that this ends and doesn't happen again...Now what do you believe the first course of action should be in order to get certain property back to the rightful owners?
