My name is Karen Jameson, secretary of the IMG Guild Masters. The IMG Board of Guild Masters tasked me to find a Bretonian company which will sign a large, long-term contract for supplying IMG bases in Bretonian House Space. My first choice couldn't be anyone else than your company.
As you might know, the Independent Miners Guild doesn't have a fully developed transport division therefore we are always dependant on outside assistance. Anyway, we are looking for a delivery in a monthly basis of certain commodities and IMG crew to South Shields Refinery and Cardiff Mining Facility with a single exception, the Engine Components which can be delivered to Freeport 4. The Hood is already sufficiently supplied by the IMG transports.
The exact numbers for South Shields Refinery are:
- 500 Spaceship Crew from Planet Leeds
- 4,000 tons of Food Rations (the KG line which is rich in carbohydrates)
- 2,500 units of Robotic Components
- 1,500 units of Mining Machinery (specialized for atmospheres)
- 500 units of Light Arms (the ones produced in Detroit, they are the best in the market)
- 6,000 units of Engines Component (can be delivered to Freeport 4, our employees will distribute it afterwards)
The exact numbers for Cardiff Mining Facility are:
- 1,500 Spaceship Crew from Planet Leeds
- 5,500 tons of Food Rations (the LK line which is evenly rich in carbohydrates and vitamins)
- 1,000 units of Robotic Components
- 2,000 units of Mining Machinery (specialized for atmospheres)
- 1,000 units of Light Arms (the ones produced in Detroit, they are the best in the market)
- 4,000 units of Engines Component (can be delivered to Freeport 4, our employees will distribute it afterwards)
As I mentioned, we are looking for a long-term contract and not only for the upcoming month, therefore we are looking for a reasonable price. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.

My, it is certainly a pleasure to meet you Miss Jameson. This is Walter Godwin, trade director here at Gateway Interstellar and as our CEO Mr McDonald, the rest of the board, and I are discussing this, I simply wished to introduce myself and let you know that this contract is indeed being discussed and we are debating the most reasonable terms to offer.
We will contact you again shortly,
Walt Godwin

Well, I'm going to bring this tentative offer to you, pending the CEO's seal of approval.
We will most definitely fulfill this contract under the condition of 750 credits per unit of cargo delivered. It is in our best interest to, instead of divvying out credits based on the commodity, use the volume of cargo as a paybase. Unless our calculations are incorrect, this amounts to a very low 11,250,000 million sirius credits above the product market cost, per facility. This would be submitted upon the renewal or cancellation of the contract at the end of each month.
Now, for this price being as low as it is, I would ask one thing from our most valuable ally. You have already made available to us from your Tau and Cambridge facilities refined Beryllium. I would ask that this product's availability be monitored on these facilities to allow Gateway to ship a constant supply for our close partners ALG Waste Disposal. This exchange is most beneficial for all parties involved and will result in further negotiations which put the IMG in a position to receive valuable, though unspecifiable at this time, tradegoods at a later date.
As to the actual commodities within this contract, all are easily obtainable by our tradeships and we will pull the liner Celtic and our current refugee liner in where possible to move your ship personnel.
Hopefully I haven't bored you to tears with my down-to-business attitude, but I wish to begin this contract as soon as possible to benefit both our organizations.
As I said, this is a tentative deal and will require Mr McDonald's final clearance once you have ironed out any further details.
I find your terms acceptable so I will present you the contract. The payments will be issued in the end of each month after a successfully delivery.

Miss Jameson,
As Mr Godwin is unavailable at the moment i will answer for him.
Gateway Interstellar's board has discussed this extra add-on to the original contract and has decided that it can be done.
As with the original contract, a fee of 750 SC will be charged per unit of delivery.
I hope this meets with the approval of the Guildmasters.
If it does then gateway Interstellar can start shipping the goods to Aland on the next months shipments.
ie, if approved this month then we can start shipping for next months contract.

Greetings Mr McDonald,
The price of the modified contract is set to 37,500,000 Sirius Credits as a monthly payment which the Board finds it moderate and therefore we have an agreement.
The expanded contract will be in effect by the next month, September 819 A.S.
As always, we have big expectations from your company.
