RE: Passage
Greetings,
I am Commander Sarah Coyle, Commanding officer of the newly commissioned [TAZ]Med.Force.Two, a Corvo cruiser built by none other than Dr. John Holliday himself to continue his medical work. I come before you to request a visa to transit Bretonian space, mostly through the Leeds system and Cambridge.
Recently, we received a request to render medical aid to Freeport 1 in the Omega 3 system. Before I break free from my moorings, I wanted to request passage both for this mission and future passings so that we can make rendezvous in Omega 49 with our big sister, [TAZ]Med.Force.One.
I also ask that we be allowed to moor outside of Planet Cambridge so as to be able to purchase medical goods from the Medical Institute there and Cambridge Research. From time to time, we may also have to transfer patients to and from the ship.
I will be clear. I'm not interested in the political situation between Freeport 1 and Bretonia nor those who come and go from the base. I do not command a combat vessel nor does TAZ have any stake in the base itself or it's administration. Our mission is one of medicine and humanitarian aid. My orders are specific on this front.
I await your response.
Commander Sarah Coyle
Commanding Officer, [TAZ]Med.Force.Two
Greetings to you Commander Coyle, this is Commander Leon Jameson, speaking on behalf of the Bretonia Police Authority.
Your Medical Exploits are im sure appreciated to those who recieve them, I must ask a few questions however.
You say your ship, the newly constructed Med Force Two is of Corvo cruiser class. What armament does this ship have, before we clear anything passing in our space that migh be dangerous we require a full technical spec of your ship, incase anything goes wrong we can deal with the situation.
By 'going wrong', in your case I am refering to you being attacked possibly by pirate forces, we may need to mobilise a repairship in order to secure the saftey of you and your crew should such an unfortunate circumstance take place.
On another matter, Traversing Leeds is increasingly dangerous at this time, many pirate forces lurk around the jumpholes to this system, to mention a few, these new Ghosts~of~ pirates that fly in Roc civilian bomber swarms may very well be the end of your crew, as well as this "Ministry of Ban" the joker has set up. im not sure on their stance with Zoner vessels, but will say this, I would much rather you use the tradelanes inside Bretonia, they are statistically much safer than open space.
Im sure I can grant you clearance for the following route
Freeport 1 -> Cambridge/Omega 3 Gate -> Battleship Norfolk -> Planet cambridge -> New London/Cambridge Gate -> Planet New London -> Dublin/New London Gate -> Omega 49 Jumphole.
We await the specifications of your vessel, however following this path we can almost guaruntee your saftey 100% of the time.

Greetings, Commander Jameson,
For your information, Med.Force.Two has a basic complement of Zoner turrets and one mortar. Basically, it's defensive in nature. If I'm as lucky as our big sister, Med.Force.One, we'll never fire them in anger. It is also lightly armored to allow more medical supplies and gear and crew. But yes, "going wrong" is what I meant by possible attack. To this point, we've been left alone in our short travels.
I would also like to report that we carry a compliment of human organs for transplant and sometimes medical marijuana. As I understand it, Bretonia taxes that. It will be paid on demand. Asides that, we carry medical supplies and medical crews, most of which comes from Cambridge Research.
Your proposed route is acceptable to us although we prefer to avoid large populations such as New London. We also intend to have a TAZ escort as well.
Oh, and about the designated route.. As this is the route you have been granted I ask you not to stray from it unless you absolutley must do so.
Im sure you are well aware of Bretonia's Foreign warship policy, and yes, your vessel is classed as such despite its purpose.
As for your cargo, unless anything extremely untowards were found aboard your ship, I am having my officers clear and add your ship information to their datafiles so that they are aware you might be carrying things we do not normally allow people to pass with.
We dont Tax the items you mentioned if they are prior cleared with us before being shuttled around, however how many questionable items, are you going to be moving? and how much of each.
The more details I can give to all whom serve in the force the less stopping and starting you will have to do in our space.

Greetings, Commander,
I thank you for your response. We will begin proceeding to Freeport 1. However, we are in Baffin so the route you prescribed won't work. So as to avoid Leeds as you request, here is the flight plan I plan to use. It also avoids most heavy population areas.
I plan to enter New London from Manchester, head south at Kensington to the Cambridge gate and proceed to the Omega 3 gate. As I said, it avoids heavily populated areas and won't draw a lot of attention...I hope.
We plan to disembark within the hour. I hope I can find someone to notify of our passage.
