Hello Colleagues,
I'm a small-time independent pirate who primarily works independent systems between House space. I am seeking your approval and blessing in using a Correo freighter. I am looking to avoid the pesky (and trail-leaving) coerced financial transactions, and just take straight freight. The models available here in the House systems leave me wanting in terms of my own bodily well-being, should the encounter turn violent. I'm hoping you will see fit for me to fly one of your vessels, the best designed for these sort of purposes.
If there is any more information I can provide or some sort of accord that needs to be set, please let me know.
Respectfully,
Locust

With respect sir, I make this request in this fashion because it is not clear as to whether the Correo is classified as a controlled technology by the Councile (referencing this database here: http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?...pic=69390). So I am not sure that such a request is necessary or not and was hoping you could clarify.
Succinctly, I need some help with my "homework."

For some of you that might be lacking in some
mental capabilities - The Corsair Arms Licensing
Bureau will NOT process any more requests from
non-Corsair parties. To put it more simply:
Me no Corsair, me no get Corsair toys.
In case of complaints, address the nearest Bureau
contact device. These are placed throughout whole
Sirius, in cores of stars. Remember you have
to be at most 2000 meters from the device to
record a transmission. Good hunting, pilots.
And yes, the Correo is thouroughly Corsair.
