Good day,
OSC requests permission to be allowed to pass through the wartime embargoes whilst ferrying passengers, as is already allowed by Rhienland:
' Wrote:§2. [color=#FF0000]No traders are to pass the Libertonian borders when coming from Rheinland
with the following exceptions:
§2.3. Orbital Spa and Cruise hauling legal Human Cargo
As the embargos do not apply to those flying across with no cargo, if all our passengers took their own ships they would be allowed across, therefore we believe it is reasonable to request they be allowed to pass whilst travelling with us.
This is especially important as we must cross the Bretonian border to take VIPs from luxury liner shetland to their next stop aboard luxury liner hawaii.
Thankyou, please consider our request.

Thankyou sir, but I wonder if you would also grant us passage with those who have bought the cheaper "vacationer" tour passage, and refugees from the war.
As well as scientists?

Permission is granted for vacationers, holiday makers, tour groups, little old grannies on coach tours, and yes, gamblers. Refugees are also permitted.

My Lord, you are an officer and a Gentleman, and it pains me, physically pains me, to have to continue bothering you by inflicting my tedious presence, but I am but a humble drudge of this company, and I am forced to enquire about our permissions regarding the transport of scientists.
To make up for this, allow me to offer you a free ticket aboard my own ship the Royal Liner OSC|Isle.Of.Man
We are also still awaiting response from Liberty and Kusari.

For some time now, the Government's policy has been to permit the transit of all registered and authorised passengers crossing the Liberty-Rheinland border in both directions. We do not have plans to alter this policy any time soon.
To be explicit, OSC is permitted to carry legal human cargo across the Liberty-Rheinland border.
