This is Captain Roy Khan. I'm from the Cambridge Stellar Research, I heard that professor Paul Dawson and Alexander Giles have already contacted you. Now they're in danger. We're on planet Waterford, there were several earthquakes and a small group was buried alive in an ice cave. We only received a faint message, we think that at least one of the four people is dead, the others must have critical injuries and maybe their environmental suits are damaged. We already dispatched a search party to find and dig them out. It takes at least two hours till they reach the cave. We desperately need your help. With fully functioning suits and with the supplies they have they can survive no more than four days. And with a damaged one I can't even think how long they can. Please hurry, lives are at stake!

Greetings, Sir,

On our return trip home from a mission on Freeport 1, we made a flight past Waterford and recovered the four personnel in question. We took them with us to Shasta Orbital Skyhook in the Baffin System.
Three of them are in serious but there was nothing that could be done for the fourth, crushed by ice. We are sorry for the loss. You may feel free to visit them but do advise us upon arrival as things are normally quite busy at the Skyhook.
The medical staff will keep you posted.
