Can a simple Indie LH like me .. with a Guard LH ID , can buy a spyglass without getting sanctioned???
Or i need to ask permission or so?:D

I'm pretty sure a recent change now allows anyone with a Lane Hacker Guard ID to use the Spyglass. Why? Did someone tell you otherwise?
