Ban request

Today in NY system a Bushwacker with Junker ID that states clearly , junkers can't pirate in house space disrupted me , asked for a ridicoulus sum of 5mil, i didn't pay cause he's not alowed to pirate in house space , then he killed me and i lost a full load of 1000 basic alloys

Here's the screenshot of the conversation, i told him about the iregularity of his action but he didn't listen to me.
