Greetings, Rheinland Federal Polizei. This is John Carpenter speaking, captain of the ICS St. Cloud.
As we all know, Rheinland is at war and requires all the materials that it can procure. However, it seems that some traitors within Rheinland itself are taking advantage of the delicate situation that Rheinland and its people find themselves in, to turn a greater profit for themselves.
The Daumann Heavy Construction corporation, Rheinland's premier shipbuilders and producers of unrefined ore, have several non-unionized workers under their corporation's banner. One such worker, Duncan Strüdell, captain of the Hegemon-class mining rig "Sexy Miner," was kind enough to strike a contract with myself to transport the ore mined by him and his crew to a holding facility on Planet Nuremburg in the Munich system, where it awaits processing and utilization by Rheinland corporations to fuel your war effort, and to help maintain the quality of life for Rheinland's citizens in these harsh times.
After my transport was filled with cobalt ore by Herr Strüdell, I proceeded to the Munich system, where I was accosted by a vessel bearing the transponder of "RepEx-001," who then proceeded to claim that I and Interspace Commerce were war profiteers, and that my ore was under RepEx ownership. Obviously this is unacceptable, and I attempted to flee to a lawful base, though my vessel was destroyed beforehand.
The evidence for these heinous acts is enclosed with this transmission. I hope this is sorted out soon, and that I am compensated for the loss of my ore by either the RepEx Corporation or the individual pilot in question.
Please keep in mind that the Bundestag is currently holding hearings on the subject matter of Interspace Commerce being granted unlimited shipping rights in Rheinland.
This reflects poorly on your corporation.
Rheinland Military High Command Officer, Vizeadmiral Hans Putzkammer
This is outrageous! Once again our employee goes above all the regulations and our own internal rules to search for profit for his own sake. Such actions are not tolerated by Interspace Commerce and he will face punishment from us for sure.
We are ready to recieve any sanction and pay any fines when all legal matters such as evidence, testimony and what else is needed by your regulations, are presented.
As on the hearing, I'm pleased to know about it, yet I fear such actions of individual employees, who search their personal gain hidden under our name, will reflect on our company as a whole.
Thank you for sending this transmission to Interspace Commerce and bringing this to our attention as I could bet the individual in question would have hidden this matter in some way.

Sehr geehrter Herr Mahone,
your ship was again caught for smuggling contraband?!
No matter, if or if not you had an agreement (which you didn't included) with that Daumann. Not every Rheinland citizien is full aware of the regulations for foreign corporations; and there is no need to.
But you should know your restrictions better than them.
As the Vizeadmiral said, Cobalt ore isn't included in your permitted cargo.
Furthermore: I have to ask you about your threat.
"he will face punishment from us for sure" - how will he face it?
Not my ship. My company's ship was probably doing illegal activities, which neither I or my company tolerate, however that needs clear evidence to judge what have happened.
As for punishment, that depends on legal actions taken by Rheinland on this matter. Internal punishment can range from monetary fine to demotion or being fired from company.
As I already said, Interspace Commerce isn't making profit out of war. We do not fuel the incidents that draws dangers to innocent civilians. We'd rather have the numbers of good employees ready to help those victims of what we see as pointless wars, conflicts and such. Don't take it as insult, that's Interspace Commerce's stance. We are trying our best to make a brighter future for civilians.
Sadly, instances where employee forgets all the lessons during internship, that includes reviewing all shipping restrictions, to gain personal advantage happens. Our company is not the only one that confronts with such issues but we are simply the ones that draws most attention at such incidents due to our unique structure and history.
I will personally work on improving internship's duration in our company to raise not only most professional shippers, but with highest moral standards.
If you have any more inquiries, do not hesitate to ask.

Sehr geehrter Herr Mahone,
ja, it seems you're right. Herr Carpenter was the captain of the said ship.
And the Rheinwehr border patrol has stopped him on Friday the 8th July 819 near Planet Hamburg.
And he was in possession of illegal human cargo.
I recommend you contact the Daumann leadership and bring the incident with Herrn Strüdell to their attention.
And for "the ones that draws most attention" statement, well. I don't want to use the many violation done by Interspace contracted captains for an excuse we're watching especially for you. We don't do it. Maybe it seems so to you, but we've also enough other corporations, which violate the laws daily.
Thank you for bringing this. It seems there's another shipping run off the books. The employee in question will surely be demoted to undergo internship once more. If not being fired completly. Such disregard toward laws is one of the biggest offences and signs of the employee using our name for nothing else but personal gain. I fear that he might start shipping more dangerous commodities.
We await legal charges to be given and finish this incident as soon as possible. As well as revoking rights for Mr. Carpenter to enter Rheinland's territory would be one of the faster way to prevent this rogue shipper to cause harm to both, Interspace Commerce's reputation (or what is left now) and Rheinland's economy and law enforcers activities.
