Konnichiwa Mr Mahone, my name is Yamato Hamasaki.
am the head of the Office of Foreign Relations here at Kishiro Technologies.
We find your proposal most interesting, we do however wonder what is it in for Kishiro?
What does Interspace Commerce have to offer us in exchange for these deliveries?
We cannot seem to think of anything Kishiro is in need of, at least that we do not prefer to acquire ourselves.
We also do not honestly see what Interspace Commerce has to offer us at this time.
As you also must understand Mahone, Nuclear Devices are not something we are willing to give to just anyone.
The potential power for destruction of these devices is large, and as tensions between Bretonia and Kusari grow everyday.
I am sure you can understand our hesitance in giving devices with such a capacity for destruction to Interspace Commerce.
A corporation that has major deals with Bretonia corporations and government.
Do not take these statements to mean we are not willing to work with you Mr Mahone,
we simply would like more information as to what you have to offer in exchange for the Devices.
At this time you have not offered us any incentives, and we are interested in what you have to offer Kishiro Technologies.
Also understand that I speak only as a representative for Kishiro Technologies and any contracts would need the full approval of the Board of Directors.
Signed

Mr Mahone, we are willing to start negotiations for the Twenty-Thousand Nuclear Devices you have asked for.
After reviewing your offer and crunching some numbers of our own we would like to start talks at Sixty-Million
and supplies of gate construction parts to the sigma-19 gate site.
You must understand that this cargo is highly dangerous and that our pilots will be taking extreme risks,
and we do not take the lives of our pilots for granted,
as I am sure you understand how hard goo pilots are to come by.
We await your response and are looking forward to what will possibly be a long and prosperous relationship between our two corporations.
Signed

Mr. Mahone, I do not want you getting ahead of yourself here.
This was just a rough contract I have written up,
the rest of the board still needs to approve the contract and sign off on it.
They may possibly wish we change some of the terms,
I am new to this office and am not as well versed in our polices as some of our more senior executives.
the board will have a meeting to discuss the current contract later today,
and whether or not it needs to be changed will come to a vote.
I will certainly get back to you as soon as I know what the board agrees to.
Signed

Mr Mahone, Mr Hamaski.
I am most fascinated by this deal you have arranged. However, I will need to discuss the precise details with the Board of Directors before we sign any contracts.
I am particularly curious about one thing, Mr Hamasaki. Does this mean that Kusari Legal Codex will be altered to permit Ageira Technologies and Deep Space Engineering vessels back into the Okinawa system? It's all very well to have the Parts on hand at the construction site, but ever since the base was locked down, leaving only a skeleton staff team behind, there are no workers there to actually do anything.
We are Kishiro Technologies understand how difficult it must be for you and your people to have access to Okinawa, unfortunately we do not have the political power to make alterations to the Kusari Legal codex.
As far as the shipping contract for the Nuclear Devices our board is still in debate over the matter we will be with you as soon as we have decided.
