Konnichiwa Kruger Minerals, My name is Mr Yamato Hamasaki.
I come to you today on behalf of Kishiro Technologies' Office of Foreign Relations.
We are looking to expand the relations between our two companies and Rheinland as a whole.
We are currently interested in drafting a contract for the trade of Silver Ore in its raw unrefined state.
As you may or may not know we are in the process of Terraforming Planet Miura in the Okinawa system,
and as I am certain you know, Silver is a big part in the Terraforming process.
(Personally I do not know what that process is or how it is done, I am only reporting what my scientist have told me.)
Our financial team has crunched the numbers and decided that the most cost effective way to get the silver,
is through a contract with you for the raw ore and to have it refined in Kusari.
This will also create demand for jobs in the Kusari refining industry to help stimulate our economy.
We would like to negotiate of set fee for the ore to be paid upon delivery from you miners to our transports.
We were thinking a number somewhere in the market of 38% of the price that Narita will take it for,
meaning we would be paying 2812 SC per every unit of ore.
This number is of course negotiable to an extent, this is however the optimal percentage for us.
We look forward to your response and to further working with you on this matter.
Signed
Yamato Hamasaki

We have reviewed your terms and have [color=#33CC00]-accepted- the contract. This will be valid immediately with all Kruger| mining ships aware of this deal.
I am pleased Kishiro proposed such a contract. With the hostilities between Kruger and the Gas Miners Guild, all Silver shipments performed by Kruger had to be suspended. This suspension has been heavy to absorb, and I'm sure your terraforming project also felt the pinch with the flow of Silver restricted to what was shipped by intendants or other companies.
I look forward to seeing your transports in Omega 7, they are always welcome to moor at Elbich for a break or minor repairs.
Klane-San, That is wonderful news!
Our board will of course have to take a vote to pass this contract into effect,
but I assure you that it will only be a formality and we will have a vote in by the end of the day.
Signed
