"On occasion," he says. So does this imply that he (And his friend, for that matter) has hardly done anything to deserve such a craft as the C7-F Orchid Bomber?
I relayed this to Rika Ito, practically demanding an explanation to these two. Know what she said?

Konnichiwa Ozei,
This is highly surprising as well as worrying in the same time.
I was sure that they would not turn against our friends and business partners and with this against us, but they abused my trust.
We will find a way to deal with those and we will have to do it fast, before they can do more damage.
Arigatou for bringing this to my attention Ozei.
-Rika
She hardly answered any of my questions. For one, I want to know who the hell these guys are and what in the worlds they did to "earn" the things. Second, where they come from, and most importantly, how the hell Rika could have trusted these loose cannons with a pair of Orchids.
The pair of men (Known as The Magician and Dario Gaspar) shoot Liberty's corporations with the Orchids! While I myself wonder why the Sisterhood has decided to declare the Republic as neutral, I still abide by that decision by not shooting any groups that originate from Liberty. And yet here she is just giving her ships out to some strangers that I have never heard of, who then in-turn use them to do exactly what the Sisterhood does not want them used for. Because of this, the Sisterhood is most likely receiving a bad image in Liberty, and I myself may soon have a warrant for my arrest simply for flying the Sisterhood's ships.
And another thing... Not once had I met or even heard the pair before this encounter. Does this entail that the two were able to very easily obtain the Orchids they fly soon after meeting with Rika? I checked around with some of the women on Ainu about the two, but most of them seemed to know very little about them. So what, does that mean all that hard work I put into earning my own Orchid and Blossom account for nothing? Is my loyalty to the Sisterhood meaningless in the face of some men with a knack for winning over the hearts of its Elders?
... ... ...
Think of this what you will, Miss Zetsumai. But between you and me, it might be better if Rika did not know that it was me telling you this. Just say it was some outside source or something like that..
You have seen a lot of this kind of behavior from the Elders Ozei. Do you see now why we in Kiretsu chose not to affiliate ourselves with them? Their decisions and actions have harmed our sisterhood, and continue to do so. This is another example of exactly that. The only thing that surprises me, is that you've stuck beside them for as long as you have.
These two individuals briefly contacted me as well, and I quickly denied their request. Apparently they decided getting it from the Elders was an easier path. Which, of course, it was. Our technology and equipment has been spread irresponsibly and harmfully throughout Sirius by the same people who claim to act in the best interest of our cause. I recently made a transmission to the Elders and the Blood Dragon's leadership demanding the Chrysanthemums divulge all information on those they have released our equipment to. You may not know, but the Dragons helped to design these ships. As usual, the Elders were not fully forthcoming about their dealings.
Perhaps you should try getting a copy of the transmission log between "The Magician" and Elder Ito. Maybe you'll see how unevenly you've been treated by the "wise Elders" of the Chrysanthemums.
